What it does

This action works with SharePoint list items, files, folders, metadata, content approval, or permissions. The key migration inputs are the target site, list or library, field mappings, and any dynamic item identifiers.

How Flow Migrator maps it

Flow Migrator maps this to Update user using Microsoft Entra ID. Maps known SharePoint User Profile Service properties such as PreferredName, FirstName, LastName, Title, Department, phone, office, language, and extension attributes to the native Microsoft Entra ID Update user action. Embedded on-premises credentials are never copied. Bind a privileged Entra connection and validate cloud-authoritative or synchronized-user behavior during UAT; unknown custom profile properties are flagged for review. Flow Migrator has a direct or proven best-effort conversion path for this mapping.
