Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Flow Migrator. They are written to be practical and readable: use the service responsibly, upload only workflows you are allowed to upload, and review all generated outputs before using them in production.
Flow Migrator is a migration-assistance product. It helps analyze Nintex exports, flag support levels, and generate draft artifacts or importable packages when supported. You remain responsible for testing, validating, and approving anything you deploy.
1. Using the service
You may use Flow Migrator to analyze supported Nintex exports and, where available, generate migration artifacts for Power Automate. Some features require an account or a paid plan. If you have a separate signed agreement with Horton Scientific Corporation, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only upload exports, data, and attachments that you are authorized to use and share.
- Review the coverage report, generated draft, and any exported package before import or production use.
- Test migrated workflows in the appropriate environment before relying on them operationally.
- Keep account access secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Workflow uploads and generated outputs
Your uploads remain your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them, generate analysis results, troubleshoot issues, and improve compatibility. Our handling of uploads, retention, and deletion is described in the Privacy page.
Generated outputs are assistance artifacts. They may still require manual edits, connector setup, environment-specific configuration, or post-import review.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Flow Migrator to:
- break the law or violate the rights, confidentiality, or security obligations of others;
- upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt the service or other users;
- probe, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal permitted use; or
- misrepresent ownership, authority, or licensing rights over the workflows or related data you upload.
5. Accounts, paid features, and billing
Some features, including ZIP downloads and retained run history, may require an active paid plan. You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information. Plan details, current feature limits, and pricing are described on the Pricing page.
6. Availability, compatibility, and product changes
Compatibility evolves over time. Supported, partial, and planned items can change as the product improves. We may add, remove, or modify features, connectors, diagnostics, limits, and plan packaging over time. We aim to keep the public site and compatibility matrix accurate and current.
7. Disclaimer
Flow Migrator is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every workflow, action, connector, or environment can be converted automatically, or that every generated output will be complete, error-free, or production-ready without review.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horton Scientific Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Flow Migrator, including downtime, migration errors, data issues, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable paid plan during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is used in a harmful or abusive way, or if continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms, enterprise requirements, or custom agreements can be sent through the Contact page.
